By booking a service with Pit Stop Auto Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Service Agreement
Pit Stop Auto Detailing provides mobile car detailing services in Bermuda. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and location. We reserve the right to decline or cancel services due to unsuitable working conditions, safety concerns, or inaccurate information provided.
2. Booking & Payment
All services must be booked in advance through our website or other approved booking methods. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other approved payment methods. Deposits may be required for certain services, and failure to pay may result in service refusal.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must notify us at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of $25. In cases of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments.
4. Service Limitations
While we strive for excellence, some stains, odors, and damages may not be fully removable. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or issues that become more apparent after cleaning. Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings before service or depending on the amount of items we may charge a $25 removal fee. We are not liable for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
5. Access & Parking
For mobile detailing services, customers must ensure we have access to the vehicle and a safe location to work, including sufficient space and permission to use water and electricity if needed. If access is denied or unsafe working conditions exist, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, and a service fee of $25 may apply.
6. Liability & Damage
Pit Stop Auto Detailing takes great care when working on your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for minor cosmetic scratches or wear that may occur due to standard cleaning processes. If damage is suspected to have occurred as a direct result of our service, it must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Any claims will be reviewed, and resolution will be at our discretion.
7. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases of bad weather or unexpected circumstances beyond our control, we may need to reschedule appointments. We will contact customers as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to provide high-quality service. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns. Adjustments will be made at our discretion and based on reasonable expectations.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
