These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services, website, and marketplace platform operated by Pit Stop Auto Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICES

We provide mobile automotive detailing services in Bermuda and operate an online vehicle marketplace (“Wheelz”). All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service where conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or where inaccurate information has been provided.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

2.1 DETAILING SERVICES

• Bookings must be made in advance.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Deposits may be required for certain services.
• Failure to pay may result in refusal of future services.

2.2 MARKETPLACE LISTINGS (WHEELZ)

• Users may submit vehicle listings for sale.
• Certain listing types require payment (e.g., featured listings).
• Payments are processed via encrypted SSL.
• By submitting payment details, you authorize charges for selected services.

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or refuse listings at our sole discretion.

3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

3.1 SERVICE BOOKINGS

• We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any changes.
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your booking time
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% service charge will apply. (Based off of service value booked)
• No-shows: 50% service charge. (Based off of service value booked)

3.2 MARKETPLACE PAYMENTS

• All listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is published.
• Cancelled or failed payments will result in inactive listings.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Remove all personal belongings from vehicles prior to service.
• Provide safe access and suitable working conditions.
• Ensure permission for water/electricity use where required.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation or additional charges.

5. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

While we strive for high-quality results:

• Some stains, odors, or defects may not be fully removable.
• Cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage.
• We are not responsible for items left in vehicles.

6. PIT STOP VERIFIED LISTINGS

Vehicles marked as “Pit Stop Verified”:

• Have been cleaned or reviewed by our team
• Are designated at our sole discretion
• Do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or certification of vehicle condition

We reserve the right to remove verification status at any time.

7. MARKETPLACE DISCLAIMER

Wheelz operates as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We:

• Are not a party to any transaction between users
• Do not guarantee accuracy of listings
• Do not inspect or verify all vehicles

All transactions are conducted at your own risk.

8. LIABILITY & DAMAGE

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for minor cosmetic changes resulting from normal detailing processes
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pit Stop Auto Detailing shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from third-party services

Use of our services is at your own risk.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party providers including:

• Stripe (payments)
• Website hosting and analytics tools

We are not responsible for third-party errors, outages, or policies.

11. WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Equipment failure
• Events beyond our control

12. SATISFACTION POLICY

If you are dissatisfied:

• Notify us within 24 hours
• We will review and address concerns at our discretion

13. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or abuse the system

Violations may result in account suspension or removal.

14. PRIVACY

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We only collect and use data necessary to operate our services.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bermuda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bermuda courts.
